If you order these pages with a book, we will add them to the book unless otherwise notified in comments during check out. Please identify horizontal or vertical based upon the type of book you are looking to expand.

Vertical (portrait) : Spine/ring holes on the long end.  Pages are longer than wide.  

Horizontal (landscape) : Spine/ring holes on the short end.  Pages are wider than long.
